You must be at least 13 years old to use Afrister. If you are a merchant or creator using the monetization features, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent in your jurisdiction.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Spam, harass, or violate the privacy of other users.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights.

4. Marketplace and Payments

Afrister facilitates trade between buyers and sellers.

• Afrister is not a party to the transactions but may facilitate payments.
• Sellers are responsible for the quality and delivery of their products.
• Fees: Afrister may charge a service fee on successful sales, which will be disclosed prior to the transaction.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Afrister a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Afrister is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
